Why Come on One of My Workshops?

I have had an almost lifelong interest in photography. Keen to learn more I have spent considerable time practicing and studying photography and I have studied a number of photography courses and gained diplomas for my efforts. I have always lived in Scotland and relatively close to the areas in which I host my workshops. Throughout my life I have explored these areas countless times and I know the areas very well, I am passionate about them, love spending time in them, and have taken many images of these landscapes and the wildlife within them. I have a genuine love for photography and wildlife and I enjoy helping others improve and gain more fulfilment from their landscape and wildlife photography. I create videos for my YouTube channel so feel free to watch here to get a glimpse of my approach to photography and browse my website to see some of the images I have captured. You can read what PetaPixel said about one of my videos and the quality of my photography work here.

FEEDBACK FROM MY LANDSCAPE WORKSHOPS

I had a really good two days with Wayne on my 1 to 1 workshop. Both days were geared around what I wanted to achieve after having filled out a short questionnaire before attending the workshop. There was lots of varied shooting opportunities taking in different subjects over the two days. The possibilities of a shot were discussed before setting up as were the technical aspects of shutter speed, f stop, point of focus etc.

Wayne was happy to guide me in all aspects of photography over the 2 days but was also equally happy to allow me to do my own thing. Wayne's attention to detail is second to none. The two days were full from start to finish which I enjoyed but there was still time for lunch and lots of chatting along the way.

After the workshop, Wayne processed his images and added them to a private section of his website for me to view. I found this a great benefit as it has given me a starting point in Lightroom of where to go with my own images in making minor adjustments.

Overall the workshop was laid back, enjoyable and it ticked all the boxes. I would be happy to attend another.” - F. Barnie
