Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

2. Workshops are for people over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3. If a client cancels a group workshop booking 3 months or greater before the workshop date the full cost of the workshop will be refunded. If a client cancels a group workshop less than 3 months from the workshop date Wayne Robertson Photography will endeavour to fill the clients previously allocated space with a new client. If successful the clients payment will be refunded in full. If the clients space cannot be filled then the payment will be forfeited.

4. If a client cancels a one to one workshop booking 1 month or greater before the workshop date the full cost of the workshop will be refunded. If a client cancels a one to one workshop less than 1 month from the workshop date the client will receive a full refund minus £25 (English pounds GBP). This fee will be retained by Wayne Robertson Photography as minor compensation for the inconvenience and work done on the planning of the cancelled workshop.

5. If a client wishes to transfer a booking from one workshop to another, Wayne Robertson Photography should be notified of this in writing at least 28 days before the date of the original workshop. Wayne Robertson Photography will attempt to meet the clients transfer request where possible but for group workshops this depends on the availability of spaces on the requested workshop.

6. Wayne Robertson Photography reserves the right to change or cancel any workshop. This will only happen under extreme circumstances for example significant illness or adverse weather conditions. If this occurs the client has the option to accept the changes made, or change to another similar workshop if one is available, or accept a full refund.

7. Wayne Robertson Photography does not accept responsibility or liability for clients who are unable to attend due to illness, transport cancellations, family emergencies, work, or any other reason. Such eventualities are the responsibility of the client and it is advised that appropriate insurance is sought to cover these scenarios.

8. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange suitable insurance before the date of the workshop, this may include travel insurance and equipment insurance. Wayne Robertson Photography does not accept liability for any loss, damage or additional expense incurred by a client while travelling to or from a workshop, or during the workshop itself.

9. Outdoor photography workshops may need to be adapted on the day to suit the weather conditions or unexpected circumstances. Every effort will be made to stick as close to the itinerary as possible but Wayne Robertson Photography reserves the right to adapt the workshop on the day to suit weather conditions or other circumstances which demand change.
